Formula
Cartons per pallet = TI × HILoaded height = HI × carton heightPallets required is available when shipment quantity exists and fit is non-zero.
Use the shared bounded pallet result for TI, HI, capacity and loaded height.
METHODOLOGY
TI is cartons per layer. HI is the number of upright layers. This page consumes the exact same Pallet Core result as Pallet Fit; it does not duplicate the formula.
Cartons per pallet = TI × HILoaded height = HI × carton heightPallets required is available when shipment quantity exists and fit is non-zero.
| Inputs | 400 × 300 × 200 mm carton; 1200 × 1000 mm pallet; 1000 mm usable height; rotation allowed; quantity 10 |
|---|---|
| TI / HI | 9 / 5 |
| Capacity | 45 cartons per pallet |
| Loaded height / pallets | 1000 mm / 1 pallet |
If TI or HI is zero, capacity is 0. Utilization is not emitted, and loaded height or pallets required are not presented as normal valid loading outputs.
This is the same bounded geometric estimate as Pallet Fit. It does not assess load strength, stability, safe stacking, mixed orientations, overhang or transport regulations.
